Relied upon by a growing number of charter captains these are super effective teasers when used above a bucktail or any other jig. One of the best shallow water flounder/fluke teasers you will encounter.  Can also be cast and retrieved on a leader behind a torpedo weight or trolled behind a weight or planer.  Use them to replace the hook on your favorite spoon or vertical jig.  They are a great surf teaser for striped bass above swimbaits or plugs.
